FAQs

Our data is aggregated and validated from over 750 sources of data. This process allows for the collection of new data but also serves to validate the existing data within our master data base.

It’s very easy and straight forward. We discuss your business requirements and what you want to achieve. By gaining an understanding of your business and target market, we can make recommendations from a targeting perspective to help you get the best outcome. If required, we run a count and provide you with some feedback on how much data is available, segmented by the specifications that are most important to you. When you’re ready to move forward, an agreement is put in place and data is supplied very quickly, typically within a few hours.
We provide the targeted data base for your marketing activity and for some businesses, that’s all they need. If you do need help with your marketing efforts, we have a dedicated team of digital experts that can either consult on the work your team can deliver, to optimise and fine tune those efforts, or we can work collaboratively with you to design and implement a marketing campaign from scratch.
The leads are targeted based on your specifications. We narrow down to individuals that are likely to fit in your sweet spot, meaning when you engage, you’re more likely to be able to win business. There is still work required to convert the data into a lead however, through cold calling, SMS, email or direct mail (depending on how you plan to market).
The data will be sent out in an excel spreadsheet, which is provided via a secure file transfer platform. It’s as easy as clicking a link and downloading the file from our platform.
We have very broad ways of targeting and each business has their own specifications on the types of prospects they want to go after, which can vary a lot by industry and even from company to company. For this reason, it’s highly unlikely there would be any significant overlap between businesses ordering over a short period of time. However, we do not have exclusive access to the Australian market and so while we may not have provided information about a prospect to any business for a period, it doesn’t mean that another data company hasn’t provided that information recently.

The Spam Act dictates that you can only email prospects were there is consent. All of our data is opt-ed in and permission based, so there are no problems from a compliance perspective. You also need to make sure that you are compliant with the Spam Act in other ways, including having an unsubscribe option on your emails/SMS, making it easy to opt-out and clearly identifying your business but research should be done to ensure you’re compliant on the ACMA website, www.acma.gov.au
