We supply consumer data for lawful and legitimate business purposes, primarily for marketing communications. All personal data is handled with transparency, integrity, and security in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

We do not supply sensitive information, including health data, racial or ethnic background, religious beliefs, driver’s licence details, passport numbers, or exact dates of birth.

All data we supply is sourced from:

  • Licensed third-party data aggregators (ISO27001 certified)
  • Publicly available sources
  • Individuals who have provided their information directly via online forms or communication (excluding leadlists.com.au, which does not collect consumer data for resale).

We ensure that third-party data aggregators are ISO27001 certified, confirm compliance with the Privacy Act, and are authorised to share this information.

Purpose of Data Use

We supply personal information to:

  • Support data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Enable lawful customer segmentation and targeting
  • Facilitate skip tracing and data enrichment activities

All data use must remain lawful and must comply with consent and opt-out obligations where applicable.

Disclosure of Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Clients who use the data for approved marketing and outreach activities
  • Government agencies or law enforcement, where disclosure is required by law

All recipients must comply with relevant privacy regulations and use the data only for its intended and approved purpose. No data is sold or shared for unauthorised use.

We work with aggregators who validate and update data regularly. In addition, we use automated systems and manual checks to help maintain data accuracy and relevance.

Spam & Opt-Out Compliance

We comply with the Spam Act 2003. Clients are prohibited from using third-party validation tools (e.g. pinging). All marketing communications must include clear opt-out options. Suppression and opt-out requests are actioned promptly.

Access, Correction & Complaints

Individuals may request to access, correct, or suppress their personal information. Requests must be submitted in writing and may require identity verification. We aim to respond within 7 days.
